After coming off an undefeated season in 2014-2015 and winning the regional tournament, the Robinson Rifle Team is once again getting back to the 5am practices at the NRA on Saturdays and beginning a new season with incoming new shooters. It should be an exciting season for Robinson Rifle after a summer where many of the players traveled to shooting camps during the summer to hone their skills.
Good luck to the Robinson Rifle Team and here’s to hoping for another winning season in 2015-2016.

A truly winning and undefeated season for our strong Robinson Rifle program.
The Robinson Rifle Team went undefeated in their 2014-2015 High School League season with nine wins and zero losses. It was a great season for the team, thanks to the team counters, Senior Claire Spina, Senior Michael Mularkey, Junior Nick Kanellis, Junior Zach Eisenberg, Junior Keegan Miller, and Junior Scarlett Stallings. Congratulations to all shooters who made this season a winning season for the team.
Congratulations to the Robinson Rifle Team for winning the US Army Marksmanship Virginia State Air Rifle Championship. The Robinson Rifle Team is now invited to represent Virginia at the National Championships at Fort Benning, GA. Way to go!
When sophomore Lucas Kozeniesky of the NC State rifle team began the process of qualifying for the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Junior World Championships, he had no idea he would be in the position that he currently finds himself.
The Fairfax, Va., native is representing the U.S. National Junior Rifle Team in Granada, Spain.
Lucas Kozeniesky, Robinson Rifle ’13, not only won bronze for the Junior category at the USA Shooting National Championship at Fort Benning, but he also secured a spot on the World Championship team. Lucas and the rest of the team will travel to Spain in September to represent the USA at the ISSF Championship match. When Lucas is not shooting for the U.S, he is a member of the NC State Rifle Team.
While at Robinson, Lucas was well-known for his work ethic, religiously coming to practice year round, not just during the season.
