Here are required forms each year that the Robinson Rifle Team members must complete and turn in.
1 – Current Physical (dated since May 1, 2019) turned into the Activities Director’s Office (Write “Rifle” on the top)
2 – Both the team member and at least one parent must complete the Concussion Training . The concussion education requirement is not done online in 2019. When done, please print the last page and turn it in to the Activities Office with your physical.
3 – Complete an Emergency Contact Form and it turn into the team
4 – Sign a Participation Policy Statement and turn it into the team (Change 2018-2019 to 2019-2020)
5 – Pay your dues. Checks for $90 may payable to Robinson HS JRC

8 – Athlete Information Form – New participants only 2019 rifle new athlete data sheet .
You may turn Items 3, 4 and 5 into Mrs. Reeke and let the coaches know when you have completed Items 1, 2, 6 and 7. Item 8 is for new athletes to download, fill in, and and bring it to the first class.
ALL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 12TH FOR RETURNING MEMBERS.
*Failure to comply will result in you not being part of the team this season.
NOTE: Physicals should be turned in directly to the Athletic Director’s Office at Robinson and not to the Robinson Rifle Team. Write “RIFLE TEAM” on the top of the first page. All other documents get turned in to the team. Let us know if you all ready have a current one on file for another sport.
